Biography:
Vincent started his career in private equity with Baker McKenzie and later set up the Bangkok office of a regional accounting and corporate firm. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Belaws in 2017, the first legal tech platform in Thailand, with a reach that expanded to Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
With years of experience in the Thai business community, serving the Franco Thai Chamber of Commerce as Vice President and founding member of La French Tech Bangkok, Vincent has developed a nuanced understanding of the unique needs of businesses in Thailand.

Sebastien began his career in 2013 as a corporate and commercial lawyer in France for Bignon Lebray law firm. In 2017, Sebastien transitioned to Bangkok, joining a well-established French law firm as a partner and corporate department manager for 6 years.
With over 10 years of experience assisting his clients in France and Thailand as counselor and litigator, whether negotiating commercial agreements, navigating real estate intricacies, or resolving disputes, Sebastien brings strategic thinking to serve his client’s interests to develop their projects.

Pidtada Kehabal is an Immigration expert at Lex Nova, specializing in Thai visa categories such as Non-B, Non-IB, Non-O (Thai spouse), Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), and especially the Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa. He guides clients through the full immigration process, from consultation to visa and work permit issuance, ensuring a smooth experience.
He also assists with key relocation matters including tax registration (Tax ID, Tax Residency Certificate), social security, banking, and coordination with government agencies to ease the transition to life in Thailand.
In addition, Pidtada is an expert in securing Board of Investment (BOI) Promotion Certificates. With over five years of experience, he advises on BOI eligibility, investment categories, capital requirements, and strategies for obtaining approval.
